The Head of Executive Recruitment reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Agilent Technologies is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the company's executive recruitment efforts. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top executive talent, leveraging extensive external talent knowledge, and managing relationships with executive search firms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive recruitment, strong industry connections, and the ability to vet and manage external search partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Search Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy that aligns with Agilent's business objectives and growth plans.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize extensive external talent knowledge to identify and attract top executive talent through various channels, including networking, industry events, and executive search firms.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive search firms, ensuring they understand Agilent's needs and deliver high-quality candidates.Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of potential executive candidates, including in-depth interviews and reference verifications.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand executive talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.Employer Branding: Enhance Agilent's employer brand within the executive talent market through targeted recruitment marketing strategies.Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of executive recruitment efforts and drive continuous improvement.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across global locations.About Agilent Technologies: Agilent Technologies is a global leader in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment at an executive search firm and/or global life science or technology company, with a strong track record of successfully placing senior-level executives.Skills:Extensive knowledge of external talent markets and executive search processes.Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and manage relationships with executive search firms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
