Head of Enterprise Accounts & SMB Expansion
## **About the role** This is a pivotal position responsible for spearheading the acquisition and expansion of key strategic partnerships and driving growth within important Enterprise accounts in Argentina. You will lead and develop a diverse team of Account Managers, building strong relationships, securing high-impact deals, and ensuring the successful growth of critical segments for Uber’s business in the region. ## **What the candidate will do** This role combines strategic leadership, commercial execution, and team development to drive the success of Enterprise expansion in Argentina. ### **Commercial strategy and execution** - Lead the strategy, acquisition, and growth of key Enterprise accounts in Argentina, establishing long-term value and expanding Uber’s overall footprint. - Cultivate and expand C-level relationships with strategic partners, negotiating complex agreements to maximize adoption and impact of Uber’s solutions. - Develop and execute market-specific commercial strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and accelerate business growth. - Drive the expansion and performance of key accounts, strengthening retention and unlocking new business opportunities. - Oversee P&L accountability and revenue targets while ensuring operational excellence across the Enterprise segment. ### **Stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment** - Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution and alignment across local and regional priorities. ### **Leadership and team development** - Attract, coach, and empower high-caliber Account Managers, fostering a culture that is inclusive, performance-driven, and customer-focused. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, driving accountability and continuous professional growth. ## **What you'll need** - Undergraduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or another quantitative field. - 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or commercial leadership, managing large or complex accounts. - Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and secure executive-level buy-in through negotiation and analytical insights. - Experience influencing senior stakeholders and using data to generate business insights and inform decisions. - Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. - 2+ years of direct people management experience. - Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish. ## **Bonus points** - Experience in the tech, eCommerce, retail, or B2C internet industry. - Ability to flex your analytical skills and leverage data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-making. - Strong business acumen, resourcefulness, and a proactive, go-getter mentality. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
