Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce
**Overview** The Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce will lead our digital marketing efforts and drive ecommerce growth for our clients. As the Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive measurable results. You will also oversee our e-commerce initiatives, working closely with clients to optimize their online sales channels and enhance their digital presence. **Responsibilities** + P&L Management: Oversee the ecommerce budget to ensure the team has the appropriate structure and resources to meet client expectations while maintaining profitability. + Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. + Growth products/ ecommerce solutions: Identify and develop innovative ecommerce solutions and growth products to drive revenue. This includes staying current with industry trends, leveraging new technologies, and collaborating with internal teams to bring new offerings to market. + Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. + Lead the development of comprehensive e-commerce strategies for clients, focusing on website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) enhancements, and digital advertising. + Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive results. + Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. + Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, advising them on best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce. + Stay abreast of industry developments and digital marketing trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our services. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. + Min 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and digital strategy. + Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. + Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, including website optimization, CRO, and online sales strategies. + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. + Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus. + Strong understanding of Lazada and Shopee On-Platform as well as Tik-Tok Shop **Additional information** + Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave. + Office closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October. + Additional Company closure for all 4 major festive Celebrations + Cashless comprehensive medical coverage, including access to a panel clinic, dental and optical care. + Life and personal accident insurance and group hospitalization and surgery. + A hybrid working schedule and with Friday disconnects. + Rest Relax & Recharge - office closure last week of December every year. + Phone Allowance
