 Ensure product portfolio that delivers value for the customer over the lifetime to ensure customer retention and increase the share of wallet.
 Drive customer co-creation efforts

Stakeholders
 Partner with Business Lines to secure business needs are covered and participate in business case realization
 Partner with stakeholders and teams to commit to deliver the product vision and objectives.

Drive product outcomes like quality, safety/cybersecurity, cost and customer and user experience
•   Own, create, update, communicate and execute through the product portfolio vision and roadmap. Vision and roadmap are based on customer, end user and business needs
•   Balance product portfolio roadmap between business needs and technology development
Leadership
•   Lead the team of product managers and product specialists
•   Coach team members on customer value, priorities and reaching the targets
•   Develop Product management competence on team level.
•   Participate actively in agile rituals, facilitate key stakeholder meetings
Accountabilities
•   Accountable for product strategy & vision for a specified product portfolio
•   Accountable for product portfolio roadmap creation
•   Accountable for product portfolio performance
•   Accountable for product portfolio lifecycle management
•   Accountable for product portfolio innovativeness and value propositions
•   Accountable for product management competence development
