This is not just a strategic role — it’s a sales leadership position. Defining and implementing a short-term xarvio Digital Farming Solutions strategy in Canada on the target’s farmers, distributors, and advisors in connection with the global strategy and the strategy of BASF Agricultural Solutions.Developing, in conjunction with the xarvio global product teams, the Field Manager and Healthy Fields offers adapted to the Canadian market context to develop the business, leading the definition of marketing mixes and action plans to achieve the objectives and coordinating technical and commercial resources to execute the strategy.Developing individuals within the team while ensuring comprehensive supervision of all aspects of their missions.Organizing resources in accordance with the strategic axes of the company.Defining their annual roadmap in line with the company's roadmap & being accountable for achieving the KPIs (organic Digital Net sales).
If you have...

 

A Bachelor's Degree, Masters or PhD in Agriculture or business.10 years of Commercial background/experience.Demonstrated strategy and new market development experience, organizational awareness interaction of marketing, sales and accounting.Experience in the field of Digital Farming is preferred.Team Management experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams and guide people leaders.Strong experience and/or network with Agricultural Distributors in Canada.Create your own chemistry with you@BASF
