**Job Description**
As the Head of DE&C Transformation and Integration, you will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment and integration of global digital risk and control frameworks across the Global Digital, Data & Technology (GDD&T) function and the Business Units/Business Functions (BU/BFs). Your leadership will ensure the effective implementation and adoption of DE&C initiatives, fostering responsible innovation and compliance across the organization. This role will enhance global DE&C effectiveness through strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and integration of digital health compliance. You will also ensure that progress is systematically measured using defined metrics and a maturity model.
**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**
**Strategic and Operational Leadership**
+ Serve on the DE&C Leadership Team as the lead for Transformation and Integration across Global DE&C and BU/BFs, ensuring alignment across processes, people, and systems.
+ Collaborate with the DE&C Leadership Team, GEC Strategy Lead, and DD&T Transformation Office to define strategic priorities and monitor progress against the long-term goals of GEC and DD&T.
+ Lead performance tracking, reporting, and budgeting efforts related to DE&C strategy implementation.
+ Oversee the DE&C-related transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives integrate DE&C guardrails effectively.
+ Plan and manage the rollout of DE&C frameworks, including KPIs, roadmaps, and action logs for transparency and accountability.
+ Ensure consistent and effective operation of DE&C initiatives.
**Integration into DD&T and GEC**
+ Lead the integration of DE&C processes into global projects and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives.
+ Embed ethics and compliance principles into DPC initiatives by design.
+ Drive adoption through change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training in partnership with the learning team.
+ Establish robust internal communication processes to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
+ Co-develop a communication strategy to highlight DE&C priorities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and streamline decision-making.
+ Support the Head of DE&C in stakeholder engagement and communication planning for leadership teams and governance bodies.
+ Collaborate on agendas for DE&C meetings to ensure meaningful and productive discussions.
+ Promote a culture of openness, safety, and engagement through ongoing assessment of organizational culture.
**Organizational Connectivity and Agility**
+ Lead initiatives for agile capability building within the DE&C team.
+ Support the delivery of training related to Agile practices within the DE&C team.
+ Amplify and drive adoption of the agile leadership journey and the advancement of DE&C strategic initiatives.
**_REQUIREMENTS_** :
+ Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Digital Risk, IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in business transformation, digital/compliance transformation, digital portfolio management, finance, or management consulting.
+ Proven success in fast-paced, agile environments without established frameworks.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-impact projects and drive organizational change.
+ Excellent skills in presentation development, communication, facilitation, organization, and time management.
+ Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
+ Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Proven discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
+ Ability to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
+ Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities.

**Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary**
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. We are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.
**Slovakia Base** **Salary:**
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € **6500 per month (full time)** , but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
**U.S. Base Salary Range:**
Full time. $191,800 to $328,800 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
