We have one purpose in mind – to be Disney’s most valuable partner in creating the next era of entertainment. We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Digital to lead our Digital Services across multiple markets in the EMEA region. Our EMEA Digital Services team based in London provides leadership to Disney and Publicis teams both in London and across our local markets. You will be responsible for leading three sub-teams that sit within EMEA Digital Services, including: Digital Planning, Channel Leads (Prog, Social, Search) and Data & Technology. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation, growth and efficiency for Disney and Publicis. You will have overarching responsibility for Digital Marketing at the EMEA level across Disney’s key Lines of Business: + Disney Entertainment (Streaming, Film, Theatrical, Networks) + Disney Parks, Experience & Products + ESPN In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a leader of a team that is building future models for Publicis Groupe and delivering excellence across AI, media, data, technology, and innovation. **Responsibilities** **About the work....** Strategic Leadership 1. 2. Set the vision for Publicis Imagine across Digital Marketing, Data & Technology. Drive buy-in, inspiration and adoption of this vision across Disney and Publicis teams 3. Ensure the overall approach to digital marketing aligns with Publicis Imagine and Disney’s goals and objectives 4. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital innovation 5. Oversee digital transformation initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Disney’s media across EMEA Team Management 1. 2. Leadership of three sub-teams that sit with EMEA Digital Services including: Digital Planning, Channel Leads (Prog, Social, Search) and Data & Technology 3. To mentor and guide experienced digital specialists including day to day oversight, annual goal setting and long-term career planning 4. To define and optimise ways of working within the Digital Services and department as well as how this departments with other departments across Publicis Imagine Client Engagement 1. 2. To build relationships with key senior Disney stakeholders (Marketing Director and VP level across digital marketing, acquisition and brand marketing) 3. To monitor and improve client satisfaction scores for the Publicis Imagine Digital Service team, through client relationship management and internal goal setting and feedback 4. To position yourself as a strategic partner to Disney across both media but also adjacent consultative opportunities such as digital business transformation, CRM and data & technology services Digital Strategy 1. 2. To oversee all digital strategy outputs produced by Publicis Imagine teams, identifying opportunities to improve our work wherever possible 3. To connect the dots between different disciplines and deliver storytelling that demonstrates the value of our cross department work to senior stakeholders at Disney and Publicis 4. To develop best-in-class planning approaches frameworks that are repeatable, scalable and tailored to Disney Partnership & Vendor Management 1. 2. To oversee key relationships with vendors such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and The Trade Desk. (and others) 3. To set a strategic vision for Publicis and Disney should be working with these partners that will drive maximum value and innovation 4. To maximise commercial efficiency of our global deals with these partners through education and regional adoption programs Agency Leadership 1. 2. To contribute to Publicis Imagine leadership across agency culture, client leadership and industry innovation 3. To ensure connectivity to the broader Publicis network, including other media teams but also Epsilon (identity), Sapient (DBT) and Digitas (CX and CRM) **Qualifications** **What you need to succeed....** + Solid experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a media agency or similar industry + Track record of developing excellent relationships with senior level marketing stakeholders + Proven ability to drive transformational digital marketing programs at scale for large brands + Strong knowledge across the full digital marketing spectrum, including knowledge of Search, Social, Programmatic and cross-channel planning + Excellent communication skills, an ability to make the complicated simple and present confidently to all level of stakeholders + Strong strategic thinker who can elevate the everyday work to demonstrate maximum value to clients and executives + Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring diverse teams. + Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals, media planning best practices and measurement techniques + Knowledge of the ad tech industry, experience using industry tools and an understanding that spans the entire marketing tech stack + Analytical mindset, able to interpret and scrutinise large data sets in order develop clear insights, narratives and actions + Good understanding of agency commercial models and experience in managing team resource vs client revenue + Experience in the Entertainment sector beneficial, but not essential \#LI-MP1 **Additional information** **Publicis Imagine** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
