We are seeking a visionary and highly collaborative Head of Design & Brand to lead the creative direction, brand identity, and design execution across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for shaping and evolving the brand experience—visually, emotionally, and strategically—to ensure consistency, creativity, and resonance with our audience.
As the guardian of our visual identity, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and creatives, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Executive Leadership to ensure brand cohesion and innovation.
The Head of Design & Brand is a remote role. Candidates must be located in the EMEA region.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership
Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, voice, and positioning in line with company goals Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all teams and channels Partner with leadership to translate business strategy into powerful brand storytelling and creative expression
Design Oversight
Lead the end-to-end creative process across digital, print, product, campaigns, and environments Oversee the execution of visual assets including websites, product interfaces, social media, advertising, presentations, packaging, and internal communications Drive high standards of creativity, craft, and innovation in all design output
Team Management
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing design and brand team, including visual designers, brand strategists, and external creative partners Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven creative culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Design, Marketing, Communications, and People teams to ensure design and brand alignment across the organization Act as a brand champion in cross-functional initiatives, from recruitment marketing to investor presentations
Measurement & Impact
Define KPIs for brand impact and design performance Use data, user insights, and industry trends to continuously refine brand and design strategies Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Branding, Visual Communication, or a related field 8+ years of experience in design and brand leadership roles, including managing creative teams A compelling portfolio showcasing brand systems, design leadership, and cross-channel creative execution Deep understanding of brand development, visual identity systems, and storytelling Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern creative platforms Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to think strategically while sweating the creative details Preferred Experience
Experience building or evolving a brand at a high-growth company or creative agency Familiarity with motion design, UX/UI principles, and content production workflows Global brand experience or managing multi-market design needs is a plus About Us
