Head of Delivery Partner Operations
**About the Role** Uber Delivery is seeking a **Head of Delivery Partner Operations** to lead a high-performing team and build the best platform for earners in Taiwan. Delivery partners (DPs)—who bring food and groceries from merchants to consumers—are one of Uber Eats’ most essential stakeholders. Our mission is to make Uber Delivery the preferred platform for restaurants, delivery partners, and eaters across Taiwan. **What You’ll Do** - **Vision & Execution**: Set the strategic direction, define OKRs, and drive the execution of Taiwan’s delivery partner operations. - **Problem Solving**: Deliver results across a wide range of opportunity areas such as: Growing the delivery partner onboarding funnel Conducting user research Leveraging data and analytics Leading communication strategy Improving delivery quality and compliance Supporting EV adoption Designing engagement programs Driving successful product launches - **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams—including Legal, Public Policy, Communications, Safety, and external stakeholders—to ensure alignment and seamless execution. - **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strategy and operations professionals. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in Uber’s values. **Basic Qualifications** - 6+ years of experience in general management, consulting, investment banking, tech, analytics, or operations - Experience managing or leading teams is a plus - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights - Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams - Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus - Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting **Preferred Qualifications** - 8+ years of experience in general management, consulting, investment banking, technology, analytics, or operations - 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
