**Description of Activities:** Lead, motivate, and develop the team, directly or indirectly, to contribute to business growth. Structure the Service Delivery organization to achieve financial targets and ensure continuous quality improvement. Manage operations to meet contractual service commitments and drive ongoing service enhancement. Be responsible for service-related risks, control the profitability of delivered services, and increase productivity for Fujitsu clients to improve and continuously grow profitability. Proactively lead both internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as a “single service team” towards clients. Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other Fujitsu departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Actively promote continuous improvement.
