MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Responsible for the delivery of data platform, data quality management, and data governance in support of MediCard’s data-driven culture and decision-making. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in building data reporting capability across the organization using one source of truth.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Leads team in testing data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models.
• Leads team in issue resolution for data escalations in use of data warehouse / platform
• Develops and implements comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and leads the architectural strategies and implementation.
• Drives and delivers programs and prioritized initiatives in data platform and governance to achieve roadmap plans and KPIs.
• Strengthens the data-driven culture and mindset, also the data ownership within the organization.
• Owner of MediCard Data Platform/s, ensuring optimal performance, compliance to security standards, and data integrity to protect both the organization and our customers data
• Aligns with AIAPH and Group stakeholders to define and execute the data platform roadmap to address metrics and provides progress of key programs and initiatives.
• Enables and supports the business functions’ data extraction and reporting requirements
KPIs
• Data quality
• SLA on data extraction and reporting from BAU requirements
• Data security and protection
Data program management initiatives: actual vs planned timeline and budget
Communications
• Communication with key internal stakeholders on various data requirements and data governance mechanism
• Partnering with data management vendors / suppliers to deliver services
• Stakeholder Presentation Skill (Sell the idea to stakeholders)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Business skills:
1. Team leadership: ability to engage and retain team and drive performance delivery
2. Stakeholder management and communication
3. Project and process management
• Technical skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/ statistics, and business information systems
2. At least 10 years experience in IT / data analysis and management including 5+ years professional experience as a data function leader
3. Strong experience in data analysis or data management activities
4. Experience in data management programs and business analytics or data visualization software
