We have global ambitions - no small thinking here.  Role Overview We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead our growing data team and turn data into a key driver of business impact. You’ll set the vision, build scalable foundations, and work closely with teams across product, growth, engineering, and operations. This is a leadership role with deep product and commercial exposure. Main Responsibilities + Define and lead Calo’s data strategy across all business lines + Manage a cross-functional team of analysts, scientists, and engineers + Build and scale data processes, infrastructure, and tooling. + Partner with product and business teams to drive growth, efficiency, and better decisions + Establish clear, consistent metrics and support experimentation + Champion a data-driven culture and raise data fluency across the company What We’re Looking For + Experience leading cross-functional data teams across analytics, data science, and data engineering. + Strong communicator with the ability to influence product, growth, and executive teams + Solid grasp of data fundamentals (SQL, data modeling, metric definitions, even if not hands-on daily) + Strong planning and process mindset; able to scale systems, not just outputs + Commercially aware—understands how data impacts GTM, retention, and unit economics + Familiarity with modern data tools like mixpanel, metabase, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Looker Bonus If You Have + Experience in high-growth startups or scaling early-stage data functions + Background in top consumer tech products + A personal passion for food, health, or wellness Powered by JazzHR
