Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics, LCS
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. + 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development. Preferred qualifications: + Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.). + Experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and solution-based selling. + Understanding of media businesses and management operations within the digital media ecosystem. + Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally. + Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally. + Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders. The Head Data, Measurement and Analytics manages a team of agency-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Investigative Leads for the Publicis agency team. In this role, you will be the team's measurement and analytics thought leader, lead the team's strategy across these priority areas, and act as a member of the pod’s leadership team. You will work with specialist teams and agency sales leads to bring embedded and applied AI solutions, co-developing with agencies and ensuring Google tech is included in short and long term strategy. Your knowledge of media combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. You will deliver Data, Measurement and Analytics solutions and innovations across our agency holdcos. You will be a key contributor to the cross-functional Publicis management team, as we drive increased collaboration and transformation across our partnership with agencies.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
