In this newly established strategic leadership role, you will ensure high operational excellence of the DCS global TA team to deliver a high-quality hiring manager and candidate experience every time against desired time to hire. You will report to the Head of DCS HR and be part of the DCS HR Leadership team, while working closely together with DCS HR Community as well as our AskHR service organization. **Location:** Preferred locations One of our biggest sites in Europe, either Nordborg, Kolding or Copenhagen (Denmark), Hamburg or Offenbach (Germany), Lyon (France) or Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Poland).
