We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Customer Engagement and Event.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Plan and develop ongoing innovative engagement opportunities and/or events to support Retail Distribution team to engage with customers of diverse background, including strategic groups such as offshore customers, to drive engagement and business growth

Collaborate seamlessly with HSBC Life Distribution team and Retail Distribution’s Insurance Specialist team to develop relevant engagement activities that drive common business target

Identify and develop new engagement opportunities and/or events to support HNW channels such as Brokers, Private Bank and Commercial Bank, to engage with new existing clients, to drive engagement and business growth

Collaborate seamlessly with HSBC Life Distribution HNW team to develop relevant engagement activities that drive common business target

Leverage on HSBC’s signature events, e.g. Hong Kong Sevens, to strategize and develop HSBC Life specific events to engage business partners and customers to further strengthen HSBC Life’s brand awareness in Hong Kong and the wider GBA

Collaborate closely with HSBC Life Marketing and Partnership team and other internal functions including WPB Marketing, and marketing agencies to develop and execute high-impact customer events that differentiate HSBC Life from competitors

Collaborate with EB Distribution team to plan and develop marketing activities such as regular marketing communications, worksite marketing events etc., to promote HSBC Life full suite of offerings to members of EB corporate clients

Drive collaboration and cross entities/ functions alignment with Distribution Team, Bank partners and Global Insurance to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives/ events
