Job Description

The Head of Credit Control will play a crucial role in managing and optimising Tahaluf's credit control and collections operations. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective credit control strategies, ensuring robust cash flow management, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support Tahaluf's business objectives in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee all aspects of credit control and collections operations for Tahaluf

· Develop and implement effective collection strategies, particularly during critical pre-event periods

· Navigate and manage all aspects of the Etimad portal with expert proficiency, including payment processing, documentation requirements, and compliance procedures, ensuring efficient handling of government payments and maintaining strong relationships with government entities

· Execute and oversee the implementation of system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve collection processes, working closely with technical teams to ensure successful adoption and maximum effectiveness of new solutions

· Establish and maintain robust processes for query and dispute resolution, ensuring timely resolution

· Build and nurture strong working relationships with Informa shared service teams, particularly in Cairo

· Develop collaborative partnerships with sales and business teams to ensure aligned objectives

· Create and maintain detailed client-specific action plans with clear follow-up and escalation protocols

· Provide comprehensive reporting on collections performance and key metrics

· Lead and develop the credit control team, ensuring high performance and professional growth

· Implement and maintain effective credit risk assessment procedures

· Establish clear policies and procedures for credit approval and collections

Qualifications

 

Saudi National preferred10-15 years of demonstrated experience in credit control and collections management Proven track record in team leadership and management Experience in events industry or similar B2B environment (preferred but not essential) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
