About the Role
The main responsibility is crafting, supervising and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. The role will also assess salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR strategic priorities.Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, watching over the payroll interface maintain compliance and data integrity, and managing third-party HR vendor resourcesWorks closely with management, providing feedback on related HR functions and processes.Responsible for accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining accurate employee records.Manages the team of reward & benefit professionals to implement and coordinate benefits program and practicesResponsible for evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of changes and improvements in benefits programResponsible for reviewing the organization’s benefits plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with local regulationsResponsible for vendor management through reviewing reports, conducting performance meetings, and maintaining compliance with plan provisionsCraft and develop rewards and compensation & benefit plansCoordinate benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptionParticipates in the budget allocation of benefits plansServes as a subject matter expert and a point of contact to the CEO, Head of Human Resources and the management teamDevelops compensation related communication materials including policies, procedures, guidelines, and presentationsInterprets local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices and modifies company policy and practice to maintain compliance with government regulationsLeads the procurement and administration of the company’s compensation management systemAssesses compensation trends and reviews market data to benchmark compensation structuresLeads all aspects of the analysis of salary survey dataProvides consultation, mentorship, and support to HR partners and managers on compensation-related issues, such as market analysis, databases, and developing written/oral presentationsProvides support for merger- and acquisition-related compensation program integrations and transitionsLeads in continuous improvement in compensation processesBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
