The Position

As Head of Commercial Enablement, you will be a key member of the Leadership Team, accountable for shaping strategies that elevate sales performance and operational excellence across our Indonesian commercial teams. You will lead three core areas: Customer Value & Solutions, Distributor Strategy & Management, and Commercial Operations Excellence.

The Opportunity

You will play a critical role in accelerating our go-to-market strategy and strengthening execution across the commercial value chain. Your leadership will ensure that our teams, partners, and systems are fully aligned to deliver sustained market impact.Lead the Customer Value & Solutions team to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies, aligned with local market insights and global product direction.Oversee relationships with key opinion leaders, drive market intelligence, and ensure availability of marketing materials that support penetration and growth.Guide the Distributor Strategy & Management team to design and optimize a high-performing national distribution network, managing compliance, KPIs, and capability development.Lead the Commercial Operations Excellence team in managing forecasting, logistics, and inventory, while optimizing business processes through tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.Drive continuous process improvement across the commercial organization through data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.Shape an agile, accountable, and future-ready commercial enablement team, in line with Roche Operating Principles.

Who You Are

You are a strategic leader with a strong commercial background in diagnostics or healthcare, known for building systems, teams, and partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes. You combine operational depth with visionary thinking.10+ years’ experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or laboratory solutionsStrong track record in commercial leadership, partner/channel management, and operationsProven ability to lead diverse teams and create high-performing environmentsStrong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills in a complex organizationDeep understanding of technology trends in healthcare and experience leveraging tools like CRM, marketing automation, and analyticsUniversity degree required; postgraduate qualifications in business, life sciences, or related fields are preferred
