The Client Lifecycle Management Head of Derisking is responsible for managing Client Selection and Exit Management, covering both Governance of client selection decisions and Exit Decision Execution for HSBC Private Bank Switzerland .

To achieve this purpose, Client Lifecycle Management Head of Derisking will manage two teams, the governance team, led by the head of Client Lifecycle Management Governance and the PBRS Exit Management Team ( EMT).

What you will do:

Within HSBC Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) process, the head of Client Lifecycle Management Governance in Switzerland is in charge of:

Ensuring full alignment to the Group Private Bank (GPB) policy and procedures, by maintaining updated Desk Instruction Manuals, Compliance Monitoring Plans and Variances/Deviations, when applicable.Ensuring full adherence to the GPB Risk and Controls model and a continued delivery of sustainable key control indicators though a timely reporting of monthly Management Information (MI’s) and Key Performance and Risk Indicators (KPIs/KRIs). Collaboration across other locations and Line of Business, participation to Working Groups, and other related tasks at Group level.

The Exit Management Team is a client facing team in charge of the execution of the Bank Exit decisions. The CLM Exit Management team lead is in charge of :

managing the stages bringing a client to an exit decision including dormant and recalcitrant accountsimplementing all necessary strategies to reconnect contact with dormant account holdersefficiently supervising and manage the exit processowning KPIs and KRIs for exit

The Client Lifecycle Management Head of Derisking will additionally be in charge of the full Exit Management Process enhancement including restructuration of Exit Trackers, Ownership of the Account Closing workflow tool and improvement of MI production, with an aim to deliver consistent and practical end-to-end operational support to client facing teams, providing first-class client experience to both internal (client facing) and external clients, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations for this key client stage
