Main Responsibilities:
Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation and maintenance of Clean Utility systems. Lead the sites cross-functional sustainability program to deliver Sanofi’s Planet Care targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste, and Biodiversity. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the clean utility systems. Manage the department budget for clean utilities and utilities (gas, electricity, water, carbon). Manage budgets related to utilities consumption, conservation projects, and sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to drive cost savings through energy efficiency and water reductionLead a team of engineers and specialists in utility management and sustainability projectsAbout You
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's preferred)6+ years of experience in utility management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles Technical experience managing clean and industrial utilities in complex environmentsExperience working in a GMP environmentStrong project management skills and budget oversight experienceStrong people management skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teamsDemonstrated experience with Energy and Environmental management systems, programs, and projectsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesPreferred Skills
Professional certification in sustainability or environmental managementExperience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental management systemsExperience implementing renewable energy or carbon reduction initiativesProven track record of successful sustainability program implementationExpected Technical skills

The salary range for this position is:
$125,250.00 - $208,750.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
