Responsibilities: 

Work in the role of Asia Pacific Business Development in Order Management Solutions (OMS)Lead and own the strategic growth agenda for Order Management Solutions including Ocean Carrier Management (OCM) in Asia Pacific, driving new business development and organic growth across the regionSupport destination region business development initiatives to ensure seamless global collaborationChampion network-wide sales engagement, training, and product innovation in partnership with Business SolutionsAlign regional sales objectives with global strategy, ensuring consistent execution and performanceManage and develop the regional business development team upholding values of respect and resultsProvide strategic direction to the account development team and to the countries in the region to strengthen customer retention and drive growthDeliver on regional growth targets through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership

 

Requirements:

Degree or above in supply chain, logistics, or business relatedAdvanced understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and consolidation8 years or above relevant experience in logistics and supply chain industry, with leadership experienceStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsIndependent, motivated self-starter with the drive to succeedExperience managing senior customer relationships and complex dealsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive changeStrong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skillsDeep understanding of supply chain / logistics TMS systems and digital supply chain solutions a plus
