We are offering a structured, execution-oriented talent to join our team as a EAS (Ericsson Antenna System) Domain Sales Manager in ANZA (Market Area Australia, New Zealand), under the title Head of Business Development and Sales EAS ANZA, for business growth, strategy setting and launching, as well as portfolio execution in the region, and to build rapidly grow new business with an outside-in way.

In this position, the talent will collaborate closely with our Key Account Manager (KAM) and the Customer Unit Team. The responsibilities will include direct interactions with customers, business development, and EAS domain-specific sales activities, to ensure that Ericsson is recognized as the preferred partner of key customers in the region. The role needs to manage the whole sales circle for Ericsson Antenna System, including identifying business opportunities, building sales strategy by mapping EAS portfolio or creating the new portfolio for key customers if needed, business case justification influence customer key stake holders, and executing to generating sales revenue for EAS. This role will need strong technical expertise and business management background.
Responsibilities:
• Under supports by KAM, directly interactions with key customer’s executive level and stake holders to influence customers’ vision & strategy, drive Ericsson antenna involvement from all levels in creating customer vision, strategies, and generate demands & requirements
• Build respectful customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to the customers focusing on antenna perspective to network architecture options, network planning considerations, engineering & dimensioning guidelines, and technology choices.
• Map customer demands and needs to EAS portfolio, drive opportunities to deals, conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customer, build regional sales strategy, execute and generate revenue
• Identify local business trends, new opportunities and customer potential business needs, pro-actively creating new portfolio for future growth under reasonable business case justification
• Collaborate with internal teams, analyse and optimize the overall team’s performance and enable seamless transition to operations, to strengthen long term customer relationship
• Act as business owner and responsible entrepreneur
To be successful in the role the requirements are:
• Education: Bachelor of engineering, (ideally Electronic Engineering)
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Telecom mobile communication, experiences in Mobile CSP and/or Wireless Antenna company will be an added advantage
• Requires in depth technical understanding of passive antenna technology, to drive the development of new or innovative products and solutions for specific key customers
• Must have experience in technical sales or/ and product management responsibility, including both technical and commercial perspective for the product line mobile communication antenna
• Looking for hunter/business development/strategy setting, who can grow the antenna business in ANZA region
• Experience of global wireless antenna company preferred
• Experience in handling of large key accounts or managing C level communications/ influence will be an added advantage
• Substantial in-field experience from sales/solutions/products and project management
• Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
