Job Description:

Head of Brand & Advertising – Mobility & Convenience (M&C)

As Head of Brand & Advertising, you’ll lead the development and execution of global omnichannel brand strategies for our Mobility & Convenience (M&C) business. You’ll co-create with local teams to deliver integrated campaigns, content, and creative that drive customer engagement, brand equity, and long-term value.

You’ll work in the Brand Management, Comms Planning & Execution team—bringing together global direction and local relevance.

What you’ll deliver

Define a global sub-brand framework to standardise and simplify brand assets.

Build and execute B2B and B2C omnichannel marketing plans aligned with our long-term customer experience strategy.

Lead brand development for global and regional M&C brands (including Aral, ampm, Thorntons, and others).

Manage and refresh master creative assets—visual identity, tone of voice, and content strategy.

Drive campaign creation in partnership with our agency of record (AoR), hub, and local markets.

Enable consistent delivery through activation toolkits, ensuring creative flexibility for local execution.

Oversee digital performance channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, marketing websites) with support from the Hub.

Track and improve campaign performance using real-time data and optimisation techniques like A/B testing.

Support budget prioritisation by aligning marketing investment with performance insights.

Collaborate across functions—including Brand NoE, Experience & Journey teams, and Intelligence & Insights—to ensure data-informed decisions.

What you’ll need to be successful

Experience leading global marketing strategies, preferably in a matrix or multinational environment.

Proven success developing and managing integrated campaigns, content strategies, and creative assets.

Deep understanding of channel management (PPC, SEO, paid social, and digital content).

Strong analytical skills for tracking marketing performance and optimising results.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a track record of working across teams and cultures.

Strategic thinking paired with strong project management skills to lead complex initiatives.

You’ll be part of the M&C Marketing Network of Excellence (NoE)—a diverse global team focused on building consistent, innovative marketing strategies. We collaborate closely with regional and local markets to co-create plans that meet business goals while reflecting local customer needs.

You’ll work with the Hub to deliver cross-channel marketing execution and with key teams across Experience & Journey Innovation, Intelligence & Insights, and our AoR.
