Job DescriptionThe Head of Brand Activations is responsible for ideating, negotiating, orchestrating, and leading all brand activations. This role drives a deep understanding of how brand activations contribute to sales and marketing goals, support company initiatives, and deliver premium, memorable experiences. The role also oversees talent and content strategy, ensuring activations are impactful, trend-aligned, and elevate brand presence.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Define and manage the brand activation strategy to align with overall brand goals and objectivesLead activations from concept through execution, while developing and mentoring a high-performing teamIdentify, negotiate, and secure talent in alignment with leadership, ensuring brand fit and valueMaximize talents to build brand awareness and deliver optimal cost per impression resultsDrive planning and real-time decision making to ensure seamless execution and content deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally to share activation plans, results, and learning across departmentsPartner with agencies and internal teams to ensure activations stay on schedule and deliver higher ROIProvide on-site leadership for all high-profile activations and talent engagementsPresent compelling opportunities and activation plans to leadership with clear rationale and risk assessmentDeliver trend forward, engaging content that enhances brand reach and consumer connectionContinuously evolve brand activations through creative thinking and industry trend awarenessTravel Requirements:
Up to 25 - 50%Qualifications10+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or related fieldExperience leading high-profile brand activations in a national or global consumer facing brandStrong experience engaging talent and negotiating large contracts with celebritiesBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field requiredKnowledge of SAG requirements and other legal implicationsSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting prioritiesThrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively engage in topical opportunitiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
