Head of Animal Health BU/Livestock Manager

**THE POSITION**
+ To supervise and govern the Animal Health business in the commercial and compliance areas.
+ To lead, direct and oversee all the activities of the Animal Health Business Unit (apply governance) with the objective of achieving a strategic growth approach and to deliver agreed financial targets for Indonesia such as Sales and profitability.
+ To implement business objectives of AH Business in Indonesia whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI standard operating procedures.
+ To deliver Swine and Poultry strategy, sales and marketing activities.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Net sales/in-market sales achievement and Full P&L responsibility over LTF period
+ Compliance to local and corporate standards
+ Transparent planning of short, mid and long term strategy to ensure sustainable and profitable growth of the business
+ Leading the commercial negotiations of the agreements with business partners
+ Lead the AH team in Indonesia
Budgeting and Forecasting
+ Long term planning and interpretation of data into strategy
+ Planning and managing cost and financial resources
+ Accurate reporting and forecasting
+ Apply Corporate standards for budgeting, reporting and forecasting
+ Synergize with enabling functions

+ Setting, maintaining/ update policies & procedures and/or guidance in line with changes in internal/external regulations

+ Making decisions and dealing with enquiries concerning AH Compliance matters.
+ Participating in local/regional projects concerning AH Compliance matters
+ Conducting investigations for any violation/infringement/non-compliance or potential violation/infringement/non-compliance and reporting as CSML in accordance with the prevailing Policy and Procedures (i.e. Speak Up which is currently in effect)
+ Completing and updating the risk assessment for AH Compliance area
+ Actively taking part in Compliance Committee meetings as well as any ad hoc meeting.
+ Introducing and amending other compliance controls if necessary
**Requirements**
+ Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agriculture
+ Years of experience of more than 8 – 10 in Animal Health industry
+ Leadership experience of minimum of 5 years
+ Knowledge of veterinary/agricultural market especially poultry, and products.
+ Preferred intercultural skill set
+ Business and Market Acumen

+ Customer focus and relationship management knowledge of governance principles and requirements in global and local dimensions
