We are now looking for the Head of Market Area Americas EAS – Ericsson Antenna System who will be part of our Leadership Team. You will report directly to our Head of EAS who is headquartered in Rosenheim, Germany. Through strategic & critical thinking and business development, you will drive sales growth, management of our resources and enable a profitable business for Ericsson. This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers’ business, the market, operations and objectives. You will be responsible for the EAS business in the Americas market with profit and loss responsibility and customer contribution. We are searching for an ambitious and strong leader for one of our main markets who will act with confidence, taking accountability to develop the business relationships that actively contribute to making our customers successful.
In this role you will: Take the accountability to drive sales growth, increase our Market Share and build a high performing sales teamHave the profit and loss responsibility for the product lines mobile communication Antenna and Antenna Line Devices in the regionManage the sales territory of Americas for EAS including business developmentEstablish co-operations and partnerships with customers to fuel strategic regional growthCollaborate and work together with Market Area domain organization and customer unitsConduct annual business planning and target settingTo be successful in this role you must have: +10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and 4-7 years of experience in an international leadership positionExtensive experience in handling of large accounts with a global / multi-national customer baseCustomer Focus, combined with strong business acumen and technical know-howProven track record in customer facing rolesStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, distinctive ability to interact with all levels of management, clients and suppliers as well as employees and corporate headquartersExhibited strong leadership, ability to empower, leading culturally diverse teams and individualsWe are a global team and cultural awareness is keyYou may also have: Excellent social and interpersonal skillsResponsive and result orientedYou will be perseverant, as well as open minded, with a passion to winWhy join Ericsson?
