As the Head of AI Solutions at Snowflake, you will be leading our AI Forward Deployed Engineering team, working directly with customers to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions on the AI Data Cloud. You will leverage your expertise in software development to create scalable systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, LLM-powered agents, and real-time ML pipelines. This role combines technical innovation with practical implementation to drive customer success.

IN THIS ROLE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

Lead and drive implementation of Snowflake AI solutions, providing expert guidance and translating business needs

Design and develop advanced AI and ML solutions using Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake ML

Engage with clients as primary technical point of contact for complex AI implementations

Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solutions and methodologies

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI initiatives

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

B.Sc. in Computer Science

10+ years of software development experience

Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and implementation

Strong project management and delivery capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $243,000 - $379,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
