The Head of Agency Special Recruitment & Selection is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract, assess, and select top-tier talent for our agency network. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates for agency roles
Design and implement rigorous selection processes to identify candidates with the best fit for our agency model
Collaborate with agency leaders, Head of Agency Strategy and CAO to understand talent needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly
Implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection initiatives
Manage and develop a team of recruitment specialists, fostering a high-performance culture
Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies and professional networks
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment and selection processes
Manage and review the agreement for the Agency recruitment by working with Legal department
