Build and own the growth and acquisition strategy: from awareness to conversion.Design and optimize consumer journeys and funnels using data, feedback, and experimentation.Identify and solve business problems through insight-driven action.Lead cross-functional initiatives in marketing, product, field ops, and beyond.Scale high-performing programs with measurable ROI.Build and develop a high-functioning growth team.Drive vendor and partner performance aligned with business goals.Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement continuous improvements.You bring:
Proven experience in product, tech, or consumer growth roles.Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership.Deep understanding of acquisition tactics and performance marketing.Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Nice to have:
