Are you a dynamic leader who can galvanize and drive a diverse workforce to ensure success? As Account Director, you'll champion best practices, take full accountability for your team's performance, and utilize your passion for service excellence to drive the business forward. Does new business light a fire in you? Our leaders are experts in identifying opportunities beneficial to all business lines. This role involves ensuring strong relationships with local accounts, serving as the key escalation point, and taking responsibility for performance and resourcing. If you have a strategic mindset, you’ll be at the forefront of designing innovative plans to add value to our local IFM business. What your day-to-day will look like:
Take full accountability for the performance of your teams and accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.
Identify and convert new opportunities leveraging your expansive network of contacts to grow our portfolio.
Build strong relationships with key personnel on our local accounts and be the key escalation point for our clients.
Design innovative and comprehensive strategic account plans that will add value to the management, development, and growth of our local IFM business.
Collaborate with operations and other business lines to ensure seamless service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Implement a robust client governance framework, driving compliance and ensuring alignment with JLL's ethical standards.
Champion process management and improvements, leveraging your understanding of the Workplace Management industry to enhance client outcomes. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
Required Qualifications:
A proven track record of leadership in account management, motivating a team, growing portfolios, and increasing client satisfaction.
In-depth understanding of the Workplace Management industry to drive process management and improvements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas verbally and in writing, and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to juggle priorities to meet client needs and deadlines.
Strong understanding of financial principles related to account management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Significant experience in account management within the facilities management, real estate, or related industry.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Familiarity with JLL's service offerings and value proposition.
Experience managing multi-functional teams across a large geographical area.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
