KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n\nLead the creation and execution of an unforgettable opening experience for our newly revamped venues and bar, making it the place to be in Istanbul.\nCurate a unique, forward-thinking cocktail menu that blends the rich history of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus with modern mixology trends, pushing the boundaries of creativity.\nWork closely with the Director of Drinks to craft signature cocktails and seasonal offerings that surprise and delight guests.\nTrain and inspire your team of talented bartenders to execute the vision of the bar program, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.\nStay ahead of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge mixology techniques and ingredients into your offerings, ensuring our venue remains a leader in cocktail innovation.\nCollaborate with the design team to ensure the bar’s ambiance complements the unique cocktail experience, from lighting and décor to service style.\nBe an ambassador of the guest experience, making personal connections with patrons and delivering tailored drink recommendations for every guest.\nOversee inventory management and cost control, ensuring quality while maintaining efficiency.\n
