• Leads Central Business Services (CBS) – Order Entry & Logistics (OEL) team for Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines organization for Diagnostics Business Area• Defines and implements the CBS OEL strategy, standards and guidelines in area of responsibility• Oversees, organizes and coordinates CBS OEL operations, with assigned operations teams for defined activities in Order Entry & Logistics • Secure that relevant information is provided to the countries, and that RIC controls are performed, in order to support the individual legal entity / ARE (closing) processes• Active participation in the improvement of the P58 and P58 Ecosystem, as well as supporting the initial rollout(s).• Optimizes the costs of the CBS OEL organization by driving process efficiencies Manage warehousing operations for Thailand and liaison with vendor for performance monitoring & management• Liaison with global counterparts for allocations, shipments, information etc. • Liaison with Custom brokers for custom clearance, duty payment and shipment processes • Ensure communication to customers, distributors and other internal stakeholders for order status• Support and become integral part of Integrated Business Planning
