Background in economics/public policy is an added advantage.Experience:8–12 years overall, with at least 3–5 years in Market Access within healthcare/pharma.Exposure to pricing, reimbursement, health economics, and stakeholder engagement.Experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing.Skills:Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.Ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.Analytical capability with exposure to data-driven decision-making.Preferred: Prior consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or experience in commercial excellence roles.
