Major role and responsibilities are as below

Enhance the customer experience for existing services by continuous service improvement with modernization of network Providing niche and special solutions for upscaling of selling by Sales and BSG by handling the pre-sales opportunities from Network Design perspective. Bringing in pro-activeness in planning from a B2B Business Growth Capturing of Proactive Market, Customer and Business Demand and converting the demand into reasonable technical requirement for proactive capacity addition in NLD, Metro and other all other network layer’s which includes Collector / Access / Packet (CEN/NPT) / MPLS (all Layer) / Internet (Port and Backhaul) Proactive Geography identification for maximization of Access Network reach using GPON / Dedicated B2B Network in Industrial Cluster, SEZ, IT Hubs, etc.

 

Roles & Responsibility (JD)

The dweller shall closely engage with Airtel Business Products, BSG and Sales teams and look at various ways to expand network from a B2B perspective and look at Business growth opportunities. The job involves Solution & Product Finalization for customer specific network as per requirement/RFP. Engagement with Customer, BSG and Products to understand customer requirements from the perspective of finalizing network solution. The dweller shall participate along with cross functional teams with synergy across of LOB for the Large Business requirement. The dweller shall be engaging with internal teams and OEM to explore new cost effective products from a technical perspective. The dweller shall also work with various cross-functional teams for strategizing network expansion 

through IP-1 partners in different geographies. The job requires engagement with Sales and Marketing teams for detailed analysis of B2B potential in different geographies and participating in strategizing B2B Business Growth.

The dweller shall closely engage with Airtel Business CE, Network SD Circle and Central teams, NOC Design and TE (Transport, CEN, MPLS/ISP) and Transport Network Planning to govern and own the respective teams KPI to meet the customer satisfaction on service delivery timeline and quality. The job involves KPI monitoring of NOC-TE & Design in terms of response time and quality. It also includes assurance on the best network layer selection by Design & TE from the available network hierarchy. Reporting of minimum constraint by ensuring that the team has explored all possible alternatives with FTR approach. The job includes KPI monitoring of Transport Planning in terms of response time and quality.

The dweller shall closely work with Network Infrastructure owners such as NXTRA, Indus Infra owner, 3rd Party Infra Owner and own Site Infra Owner for Space, Power requirements based on Work order requirements and also engage for proactive actions on Infra readiness in close coordination with B2B Network Planning member ’s working on proactive capacity addition.

The dweller shall participate along with cross functional teams with synergy across of LOB for the Large Business requirement for confirm order for better Business proposal. 

The dweller shall also be responsible for all customer order deliverables against confirm order services which needs to be designed post sales by taking inputs from BSG and Sales on customer need, agreement and basis product specification network planning document to be prepared and released in form of NPD for Service Delivery, Deployment and Service Assurance actions. 

The Overall job requires the person with technical knowledge on network product line. Customer centricity, understanding customer requirements and market trends to bring true value to the product portfolio. Experience of vendor selection and management for supporting SCM to onboard and close deals for internal / external sourcing Create and maintain a process for requirements gathering and release of Product Document, New Design and Planning Guidelines which is supportive for both Airtel Business and NSG. Understand the trends associated with user / customer experience and understand Financial budgeting and reporting of Sales and P&L performance. Articulate and able to communicate clearly in English and comfortable working for an international organization composed of multiple cultures, language accents, different time zones on a day-to-day basis. 

The Dweller is to work on expansion of airtel Network which are still not covered, and focus more on wireline footprint, for long run, while Wireless for immediate connect. Capex control and inventory management is one of the key part of this portfolio.

Digitization and Process correction to improve efficiency in terms of resource and ease of assurance.
