Main Responsibilities + Builds and deliver a robust marketing plan that aligns to subregional and regional growth priorities. + Close alignment with LatAm CMO and Global Insight CMOs to ensure regional insights and buyer needs are represented in all content & capabilities + Works closely with Regional Campaign Planner to create regionally relevant, holistic, Aon United demand-focused, multi-channel programs by buyer type, persona and company type that move clients through the funnel to become a Marketing Qualified Lead. + Sets regional key objectives for demand-focused programs and guides and supports Sub-Regional Growth Marketing Managers (as applicable) to plan and deliver activities that support regional growth priorities + Oversees and provide direction for delivery of activity in plans ensuring the delivery of business outcomes against clearly defined success metrics. + Reports back to business leaders on results of regional demand –focused programs + Builds and manage marketing budget, + Lead the marketing team in the subregion, manage performance, development, and engagement of a team of marketing professionals in Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attributes + MBA or an advanced degree a plus (e.g., Marketing/Communications, Business) + 10+ years of professional B2B and marketing communications experience. + Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment + Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings + Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency + Record of driving analytics and campaigns to drive successful outcomes and desired ROI. Understanding of business analytics, measurement, and dashboards.
