Head - Corporate Planning & Integration

Role & Responsibilities

Pre-Launch Strategy Development -

Formulate a comprehensive pre-launch strategy for real estate projects, aligning with market trends, customer preferences, and company objectives.   Conduct market research and feasibility studies to define project positioning, pricing, and sales strategy.   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market plans, including branding, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach.  

Integrated Project Planning -

Develop and maintain an integrated project launch plan, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for design, approvals, legal, and construction readiness.   Coordinate with internal teams (architecture, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing) and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies) to ensure seamless execution.   Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or launch objectives.  

Team Leadership and Management -

Lead, mentor, and manage the Central Planning & Integration Team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.   Assign roles, monitor performance, and ensure team adherence to the integrated launch plan.   Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve conflicts and align priorities.  

Regulatory and Legal Compliance -

Oversee the acquisition of all necessary regulatory approvals, including RERA compliance, environmental clearances, and local authority permits.   Ensure legal clearances, such as land titles, agreements, and contracts, are in place and compliant with Indian real estate laws.   Liaise with legal teams to review and finalize contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.  

Design and Product Strategy Alignment -

Work closely with design and product development teams to ensure project designs meet market demands, quality standards, and cost objectives.   Validate that the product strategy (e.g., unit configurations, amenities, and specifications) aligns with target customer segments and project goals.  

Resources and Contract Management -

Ensure adequate allocation of financial, human, and material resources for project launch and construction readiness.   Oversee the selection and onboarding of vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring contracts are cost-effective and aligned with project timelines.    Monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.  

Launch Execution and Monitoring -

Drive the execution of the pre-launch plan, ensuring all components (design, approvals, contracts, and resources) are in place for a successful sales and construction launch.   Track progress against the integrated plan, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.   Address any deviations from the plan promptly, implementing corrective measures as needed.  

Stakeholder Engagement -   

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the pre-launch phase.   Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, industry partners, and service providers to facilitate smooth project execution.  

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Master’s degree or MBA in Real Estate, Project Management, or Urban Planning is preferred.
