Job Responsibilities

1. Define strategic vision and direction for consulting services.

consulting.
6. Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance consulting
capabilities.
7. Oversee management of large, complex software implementation
projects.
8. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of software solutions.
9. Manage budgets and resources for consulting initiatives.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and
clients.

Education Requirement

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement

15 years & above

1. Understand enterprise software and business processes deeply.
2. Manage large-scale software implementation projects extensively.
3. Solve problems with exceptional analytical skills.
4. Lead and manage teams effectively.
5. Communicate, negotiate, and manage stakeholders excellently.
6. Master SQL and database management.
7. Know ERP, CRM, and enterprise software in-depth.
8. Apply project management methodologies e.g., Agile, Waterfall.
9. Document and present information excellently.
10. Drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
