Bishop Montgomery High School aims to prepare students for higher education and successful, ethical lives. Job Description This role is primarily located in Torrance, CA but requires travel. The Head Coach for Boys' Beach Volleyball will be responsible for planning and conducting practice sessions, developing game strategies, and leading the team during competitions. The Head Coach will also be responsible for mentoring student-athletes, promoting teamwork, compliance with school policies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the players both on and off the court.

Qualifications: -Experience in coaching volleyball, preferably beach volleyball, at the high school level -Strong leadership and mentoring skills -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Ability to develop and implement effective practice plans and game strategies -Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention techniques -Commitment to fostering sportsmanship and academic achievement -Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field is preferred -First aid and CPR certification is a plus
