Are you ready to take the reins of a bold new culinary venture?

We’re launching an exciting American-themed dining experience, and we’re looking for a Head Chef to bring it to life with sizzling steaks, stacked burgers, and unforgettable flavours.

As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming our kitchen into a hub of American-style excellence. You’ll plan and organise operations to ensure smooth service, maintain top-quality ingredients, and equip your team with everything they need to deliver standout dishes.

Your leadership will inspire a collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture. You’ll coach and motivate your team to innovate while upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency.

You’ll also ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, prioritising the well-being of both your team and guests. Your expertise in stock control, ordering, and performance analysis will be key in supporting our mission to become the UK’s most loved Casinos.

As a senior figure in the Casino, you’ll play a vital role in shaping this new concept and driving its success from the kitchen out.

QualificationsProven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef Demonstratable background in innovative menu/design & creation Experience of leading a team and building a high performing culture Minimum level 3 food safety (either current or expired)
