You’ll meticulously plan and organise the kitchen for seamless operation. Ensuring it is stocked with fresh ingredients and equipped with necessary tools is key to your success.
Your leadership extends beyond management; it involves coaching and motivating your team. You’ll foster a supportive and collaborative environment, whilst enabling your chefs and kitchen staff to excel, encouraging innovation while maintaining the high standards you set.
Beyond that, you’ll navigate the intricate web of health and safety regulations to prioritise everyone's well-being and inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
A working knowledge of stocks, ordering and stocktaking result analysis will support our mission to becoming the UK’s most loved Casinos and our purpose is to Excite and Entertain. As a senior figure within the Casino, you’ll play your part in driving our mission and purpose forward within your discipline.
QualificationsProven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef Demonstratable background in innovative menu/design & creation Experience of leading a team and building a high performing culture Minimum level 3 food safety (either current or expired) Additional InformationPlease be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
