Should be Sector Supply Chain specialist and lead the sales effort for DHL Supply Chain in Logistics space in this sector
Accountabilities\nLead the sales effort in retail sector.\nTarget, Identify and assess business fit of customer with DHL supply chain and develop convincing business fit presentation.\nPresent solution to customer demonstrating clear business value, engage in negotiations and close the deal\nSuccessfully identify, manage and develop a customer pipeline in retail sector.\nLead the preparation and presentation of tender proposal and sales presentation to existing and target accounts\nBuild information base of target customers business and Supply chain needs and build specific value offerings in the proposal.\nDevelop Trust relationships with customers in a win-win atmosphere.\nWork with Head - Regional BD transport & Regional Operations Directors to develop strategic capabilities for retail sector.\nCoordinate the cross business development, Identify opportunities to exploit the collaboration and delivery agenda with other group companies.\nThrough market research and sector knowledge drive the “where next” agenda.\nAchieve set targets, develop and promote the brand.\nSkills/Qualifications\nComprehensive Supply Chain Management understanding, with a focus on transport and warehousing value creation.\nAbility to understand and interpret industry requirements.\nSelf-starter with a vision. Drives ambition in self and others.\nAble to influence senior management of customers and within.\nBroad commercial accumen\nAccount Managements tools and practice.\nRelationship management, culture awareness and empathetic style\n
