Position Overview

This role leads a team responsible for commercial market development and US launch preparation for non-alliance immunology assets including rilzabrutinib, duvakitug, and lunsekimig. The position is critical for positioning these potential blockbuster products for commercial success in the United Sates and establishing a foundation for future immunology launches.

The successful candidate will build and lead a team of director-level professionals. As an experienced commercial leader with deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, you will drive all US go-to-market launch planning efforts. Activities will be tailored to each opportunity, including market shaping, product differentiation strategies, go-to-market strategies, and patient services.

This high-impact position requires exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across US and Global organizations including medical, sales, market access, legal, compliance, and people & culture.

Key Responsibilities

Implement roadmaps following the companies SILC framework for new product launches in non-alliance immunology assets with expected collective revenues exceeding $10BDevelop comprehensive go-to-market approaches from supply chain to patient deliveryIdentify critical success factors and develop relevant marketing and customer engagement plansGenerate key insights and strategic recommendations to advance market recognitionCollaborate with Value and Access colleagues on payer research, pricing models, and access strategiesPartner with global marketers to develop branded and unbranded campaigns with omnichannel approachesInfluence cross-functional stakeholders to prepare the market for upcoming immunology launchesManage budgets, financial forecasts, and investment proposals

Qualifications

Strong track record in pharma/bio-pharma driving commercial success and launching productsExperience in marketing, sales, market access, and market researchSpecialty therapeutic experience required; immunology knowledge preferredExceptional relationship management and collaborative skillsDemonstrated ability to influence across organizational levelsData-driven decision-making capabilitiesGlobal experience or international assignment a plusBachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant healthcare industry experienceProven people management experience

The salary range for this position is:

$228,750.00 - $330,416.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
