HCP Senior Brand Manager (Ensure)
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for science-based marketing and healthcare innovation? Abbott is looking for a **HCP** **Senior Brand Manager for Ensure brand** to lead the planning, execution, and performance of our ethical product portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Working Location: Me Linh Point, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, HCMC **🔍 What You’ll Do:** **Brand Strategy & Execution** + Develop brand and portfolio strategies aligned with local insights and global direction + Define product vision, positioning, and messaging to drive demand and adoption + Prepare and execute marketing objectives, campaigns, and advertising plans + Lead multi-product projects and special initiatives as assigned **Program Development & Field Support** + Design and localize brand campaigns and tools for the commercial team + Train and support field force to ensure effective execution and KPI achievement + Work closely with sales teams to gather HCP insights and refine marketing programs + Identify and engage key HCP influencers and KOLs to support brand initiatives **Market Intelligence & Innovation** + Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities + Identify new product opportunities and market segments for growth + Forecast product demand and develop contingency plans for supply issues + Utilize digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Partner with internal teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Training, etc.) to align on strategy and execution + Ensure compliance with WHO Code, Vietnam Code, and Abbott’s ethical standards + Drive early engagement and alignment across stakeholders for new launches and campaigns **Performance Tracking & Budget Management** + Track, analyze, and interpret key metrics to inform business decisions + Manage brand budget and monthly gaiting + Formulate forecast assumptions and align with cross-functional teams + Monitor program implementation and adjust based on performance insights **✅ What We’re Looking For:** + **4–6 years** of relevant marketing experience in **Pharma, Nutrition, or FMCG** + Proven success in managing high-science brands and launching new products + Experience in both **HCP and consumer marketing** is preferred + Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in **Pharmacy or Life Sciences** + Strong understanding of HCP insights, treatment paradigms, and ethical marketing **🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit:** + Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills + Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused + Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English + Proficient in **MS Office** and basic **digital marketing tools** **​** **💼 Why Join Abbott?** + At Abbott, you’ll be part of a global healthcare leader, creating breakthrough science to improve people’s health.
