HCM Workday Integrations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HCM Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. As the Integration specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. Your expertise will drive the optimization of HR processes and data flow, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience for our organization. Champion our methodology to ensure consistency of service and completion of all milestones and deliverables to plan. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working onsite three days a week and remotely for two. The salary range is $130,000$160,000 annually, depending on experience, skillset, and overall expertise. Apply today!
Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of Workday HCM Application with other Apps and play a critical role on integration development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of these interfaces.
Develop integration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business units to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and fully utilizing the Workday integration toolset to build robust integration solutions.
Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, XSLT and other integration tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Lead discovery sessions to identify integration opportunities, propose enhancements, and implement improvements to streamline data exchange and business processes.
Develop and support integrations, including specifications, design documents, testing plans, and deployment of various types of integrations.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing integrations.
Provide leadership and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etc.
Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches as necessary.
