Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and our Total Rewards teams on various company initiatives to support retention of top talent, improve organizational effectiveness, including change management, team building, and leadership development. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal standards and align with the organization's values and culture. Use HR analytics to identify trends, forecast HR needs, and provide insights for strategic planning. Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
