What You'll Be Doing

Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely and efficiently within the plant sitePerform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operationsFollow all safety protocols and site procedures to maintain a safe work environmentSupport plant operations by assisting with other tasks as needed

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsiblyStrong awareness of safety practices and hazard identificationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needsReliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkMust be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
