Our client, a leading player in the poultry industry, is seeking a Hatchery Laborer to join their team. As a Hatchery Laborer, you will be part of the operations team supporting the hatchery process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

Placing eggs in incubator trays and securing them for optimal hatching conditions. Transferring trays from the incubator to the hatchery and preparing for chick hatching. Cleaning cages and incubators to maintain a hygienic environment. Sorting and loading hatched chicks into trucks for delivery. Administering vaccinations to ensure the health of the chicks.

What's Needed?

No prior experience is required; we welcome eager learners! Ability to lift 40-60 lbs as part of daily responsibilities. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with strong odors. Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings and weekends. Adherence to the dress code: jeans, t-shirt, and sneakers (with an extra pair for sanitation).
