What success looks like in this role:

• Performs as an expert in all areas of build and production processes (technical expert). • Addresses process issues and identifies opportunities for improvement. • May stand in for supervisor when necessary or work on cross-functional teams that require assembler / fabricator insight. • Tests assemblies per quality control instructions. • Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards. • Applies in depth knowledge and experience to set up, calibrate and maintain assembly / fabrication tools. • Resolves complex issues escalated from less experienced team members. • Leads the development of setups / installations in accordance with directions provided.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree

***MUST be willing to be onsite 5 days a week
