Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Bench Technician in the Chattanooga, TN area. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing physical equipment, testing of hardware (readers, access controllers, ID printers), managing inventory control and data entry (serial numbers and RMA reports), and configuring devices. This person will occasionally travel to universities for hardware implementation and support. This position will lead to opportunity to grow within the company.
