Kforce has a client that is seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Hardware Refresh Technician to support a large-scale device refresh initiative across Jacksonville area clinic locations. In this role, the Hardware Refresh Technician will be responsible for coordinating and executing desktop/laptop replacements, assisting users with sign-in issues (primarily in Microsoft 365), and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic IT support experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in hands-on hardware work. Responsibilities: * Update and replace hardware in laptops and desktops * Coordinate with end users via email to schedule device swaps in advance * Travel to offsite locations * Support end users with Microsoft 365 sign-in (Outlook, OneDrive - approx. 25% of the role) * Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed * Ensure timely refresh of ~25 machines per week
